Entry is by online pre-registration only! Registration will open Saturday, August 18 at 10:00 am Eastern time.
Entries will be limited to the first 290 paid entries. Please be aware that we usually sell out quickly!
Once we reach our total entry limit, registration will be shut down. After that point, the only way to enter will be through eBay auctions for charity. Information about these auctions will be posted next week. Also please note that we do not have a "waiting list" for entries.
No membership card is required
Entry fee is $60. You must pay when you register online. Registrations are processed through the SportsEngine registration system. Payment types accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.
You may create an account profile through SportsEngine prior to registration opening. We highly recommend this, as it will save a few minutes of time during the registration process. When you initially create your account, you will be sent an email with a link to activate the account, so please make sure you provide a valid email address and also check your spam folders/filters if you do not receive your email. If you registered last year, then you already have a SportsEngine account. We recommend you log in prior to registration day to make sure you remember your password and that all of your profile information is correct.
When your registration, including payment, is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all of your registration details.
Information that we will need on the registration form for each wrestler: Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Mailing Address, Email Address, School/Club, Grade, Age Division, Weight Class, Previous Super 32 Place (if applicable), Additional Seeding Information (if applicable)
We do not make exceptions to our registration process. The procedures are clearly defined throughout this website. It is up to you to read and understand the registration process.
When you register, you must declare a weight class. You will have up until 4 pm Eastern, Sunday, October 21, to change your weight class with no penalty. Information about changing weights is posted here.
If you make an error during registration with school name, grade, etc please send the corrections to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the corrections to be made.
There will be 2 divisions for the Elementary School: Age 11 & under (for wrestlers born on or after August 31, 2006
Age 8 & under (for wrestlers born on or after August 31, 2009
You may be asked to provide a certified birth certificate in case your age is challenged! If your age is challenged and you cannot provide a certified birth certificate (with raised seal) you may be removed from the tournament with no refund.
The tournament directors reserve the right to deny entry based on their discretion.
There are no refunds for any reason. We also do not allow wrestlers to be substituted.
