2023 Weight Changes

The deadline to change weights for no fee has passed. At this point, you may change your weight at weigh-ins for the additional fee. You do not need to email us ahead of time - just do it at weigh-ins.

 

  • You have up until Noon Eastern Time, Sunday, October 15 to email the tournament directors at entry@super32.com to change your registered weight with no penalty. You may go up or down weight classes.
  • HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION: If you do not make your registered weight on Friday, you have the option of changing weight classes for an additional $50. There will be no weight changes after weigh-ins conclude on Friday..
  • ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL DIVISIONS: if you do not make your registered weight on Saturday, you have the option of changing weight classes for an additional $50. There will be no weight changes after weigh-ins conclude on Saturday.
  • GIRLS' HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION: if you do not make your registered weight on Saturday, you have the option of changing weight classes for an additional $50. There will be no weight changes after weigh-ins conclude on Saturday.
  • YOU MAY GO UP OR DOWN WEIGHT CLASSES.
  • If you do not make your registered weight and do not want to pay the weight change fee, you will not be able to wrestle and your entry fee will not be refunded.
  • If you send in a weight change, you are responsible for checking the entry list to make sure that it gets updated. Please be sure to always hit "refresh" in your browser to make sure you are viewing the most current list.
  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your weight change to be processed and updated on the Entry List.
  • YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR WEIGHT CHANGE. YOUR CONFIRMATION IS TO CHECK THE ENTRY LIST TO SEE THAT YOUR REQUEST WAS RECEIVED AND PROCESSED. ALWAYS "REFRESH" YOUR BROWSER AND/OR CLEAR YOUR CACHE TO ENSURE YOU ARE VIEWING THE MOST CURRENT VERSION OF THE ENTRY LIST
  • Please do not wait until the last minute to submit your request. If you send an email and something goes wrong with your email service and we do not receive it, it is not our responsibility. This is why it's important to check the list and make sure your change has been made. If it hasn't, send another email!
  • Any weight changes received after noon will not be processed. You will need to wait until you arrive at weigh-ins to change your weight for the additional fee.
